The experiences and knowledge I have gained
throughout our visit to the places around Kuala Lumpur at night was truly eye
opening. Though surrounded by technologies and accommodations there are still
some people that are in need of a place to stay and some food to eat. The
Pertiwi Soup Kitchen have helped not only by distributing free foods but they
also have a ‘portable clinic’ that can attend to the people’s health. Most
importantly, these people are not all homeless, some just needed help because
they can’t seem to get enough food on the plate for their family.
